We walked in and all workers were in the back. They kept poking their head around the corner to see if we were still there. After we waited for food, they got the order wrong. We were traveling so we were on the road before we noticed it was wrong.

Placed our order at the counter, and our sandwiches were finished by the time we finished checking out. SUPER fast! We also had an issue with not enough carbonation in the drinks, and they fixed it immediately and thanked us for being patient. Great customer service at this location!!

After accidently ordering my pick up order to the wrong 6th street location. The staff called the downtown 6th street location to cancel my order and remade my order instantly! They were very helpful and accommodating! Wonderful customer service.

This place was awful. The people were rude. I asked for no onions and there was a whole handful of onions on my sandwich. The guy at the cashier literally sighed and rolled his eyes when I was looking at their menu and not going as fast as he thought I should. I have a food allergy. I told them they didn't care. My sandwich was finished before I paid which was very frightening for me because I have been put in the hospital before due to careless employees not carrying about food allergies. Do better please for everyone's sake.
