Ordered 54$ worth of food out of 6 meals 1 was correct messed up the drinks would give a 0 out of 5 but can't the service was horrible with the staff complaining about doing there JOB. Forgot the cookies as well

Don't know why I went back there. In drive up I was told only Xtra crispy available otherwise 15 min wait with several ahead. So got the Xtra crisp.....actually more like Incredibly Xtra overdone crispy with dried chicken. I swear I'm not coming back no matter how desperate for chicken I get!!!0

This is the worse place to get food in springfield. Every time I went there they say they are out of something or just refuse to serve you because you. The service is the worse I've ever had. Several times they say they are out of this or that and even put of chicken. When it's your only job take sure ypu don't run out of chicken or anything. You can go on 217 sites on facebook and see the many many bad comments about this place and all the workers including managers. They should fire everyone.

The young lady working today was obviously busy with the Jefferson location being closed. I was in there with some rude customers and she handled it very well. Some guy walked out cursing at her and she handled it with a simple “I’m sorry”. Kudos to her. Just wanted to add that there is no need to be rude to the worker. She was running her butt off. Only complaint would be to sure the mobile app gives accurate pick up times, but I’m not sure if that’s a local or corporate issue

I truly don't want to even give Springfield Illinois KFC even 1 star due to the fact that their workers are rude and all of their restaurants had to close due to a bad case of roaches. And not the good kind if ya no what I mean ?Them crunchies folks aren't made up of what you think. ? ? ?And they always are out of chicken....??? how is that?? ?

Had the nicest voice at intercom, it was a man, didn't care who answered, I wanted me some chicken, had tip in hand as I drove around, lived on tips!! I'm a big tipper always have been. And he was a really nice guy, happy, personable, ?? Thank you for the good food as always. Order was perfect nothing wrong, didn't mind the price either, prices aren't going down til the end of year. ***BUYER BE VERY AWARE!***We ate here and there must have been cross-contamination or something because we had painful stomach issues! We ordered original recipe and it was DEFINITELY NOT the OG recipe! As well, not sure if this is something or not that is happening here, but just this morning our account has two fraudulent charges now. One from Brooklyn at a Caines Chicken and one at a Chipotle in Newport Beach. We don't use our card many places outside of our typical habits. THIS was not a typical place we stop at nowadays! VERY SKETCHY! Colonel Sanders is rolling in his grave as to what has become of his company! ***BUYER BE VERY AWARE!***

They must pay their staff the minimum and hire fresh from drug treatment and prison.Everyone that works their looks the worst and the service they provide is no different!I so mad this has becomes the last kfc in Springfield and soon will no longer be here because of the ownership and management. They don’t train anyone clearly, their food is terrible, and the building itself is in disrepairNo one manager in the whole building with a half decent head on the shoulder. Bunch of people that can’t read, ordered saucy nuggets got plain nuggets. Also ordered a chicken sandwich combo and just got a sandwich and paid for honey mustard and they couldn’t even throw that in smh. Don’t gotta be smart to work at kfc that’s for sure
