Pizza is always fresh and delicious. The staff is so friendly no matter how busy they are. One thing i want to commend them for is when they quote you a time for your pizza they are pulling it out and boxing it up when you get there so it's super fresh and hot. Great local business that has kept family meals affordable. If you dine in they have slices ready to grab for lunch also!

I placed my takeout order and was quoted a 30 minute wait. I arrived at the 20 minute mark knowing I would have to wait for it to get done. I was within view of where they keep the pizza warm. I waited for another 40 minutes for my order. At the one hour mark I walked up and asked if my order was completed. I was then given an order that was sitting on top of the oven since I had arrived. I confirmed the pizza was correct in store but was not able to confirm the contents of the bag since they staple them shut. Upon arriving home we were not given our garlic knots but instead someone else’s spaghetti. We called the store to let them know about the mix up and the manager on duty was rude, made nothing but excuses and that it was our job to remind them that we are waiting. Keep in mind I was the one of two people waiting for my pizza. Regardless if this is a local store or not these business practices are completely unacceptable and need to be addressed.

There was a chuck of hair baked into the pizza, the manager apologized and said all of their employees were either blonde or bald. I find that very convenient. Said she had no idea how it got in there. I don’t know what it looks like in their kitchen, but I will never order from here again. Ruined my appetite, yuck.

Best pizza around. I've been going since it was in the mall and I was a kid. This place has the pie you need. I heard they sold it and then bought it back I don't know but please keep this place open I would buy it if I had to.

Your customer service is horrible. I just spoke to an employee of yours (Aug 20th at 12.44 PM for 13minutes 48 sec)who identified herself as manager .We had a pizza order that was messed up 2 months ago and got a wrong pizza and have receipts of all the order and when we called on the same day when our order was messed up ,an employee by name Cameron Cano told us to come by and get a free replacement pizza next time we are in town . He said he was going to leave a sticky note on the wall for other employees and so we can come anytime to get our pizza. Your so called manager today refused to honor this because per her , your employee Cameron was not trained properly and hence he gave wrong information to us (in her own words) If your employee is not trained well ,how is it my responsibility ?I asked her what her name was .She said she can't give her name as she is not required to give her nameWhat a laughable and ridiculous way you are conducting your business...seriously? You tell your employees not to identify themselves. This speaks a lot abt your business This is not acceptable to me and unless someone addresses this properly , I am infuriated bout my experience with this lady on the phone today

Been going to Luca pizza for many years because it used to be like NY pizza! Today I had ordered a take out pizza and after getting it home it sure looked different. The crust was thick and the cheese pizza was extremely salty. Very disappointing

Literally the best pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered a pizza by the slice and it was huge. The picture does not do it justiceKid-friendliness: They let my nephew pick the tv channel

will preface with the fact that I am biased here in terms of pizza style. In Springfield, this is the closest to good NY style pizza in the area. Relative to other pizza places here, the menu items are excellent. The dough is thin but chewy and the garlic knots are greasy and garlicky. Pricing is at the high end of reasonableness but for what you're getting-- the only true style of pizza around-- I guess it's worth paying up for.

I'm from NYC originally and was having trouble finding pizza that reminded me of home. Luca Pizza hits the exact spot. The minute I walked in, it smelled right. The minute I took a bite of a slice, I knew this was it. This was my pizza spot. Won't ever be going anywhere else. They got a super loyal customer now. Aside from the pizza, their calzone was gigantic and the chicken Parm hero was filling even without the fries. The staff is nice and friendly. I'll be suggesting this place to anyone I meet.
