the kitchen is awesome. clearly the chef is having a fun time and putting out exactly what they would want to eat. food is quite possibly the best ive had in the Springfield region. unfortunately, im not sure we will be back. we waited over an hour for the first starters to arrive, and the last order came nearly 90min after arrival. meanwhile other tables were served, so it was not a systematic issue. maybe just bad luck. hope so because the food was creatively crave-able.
I dined solo on a Saturday night. I made a reservation at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. The Caesar salad had pistachios, which was an interesting twist. It was not a traditional Caesar. They were able to accommodate my gluten-free diet, which was great. The lamb loin main dish was interesting.
