I ordered a larger frappe instead I got a large sprite which I didn’t order I also ordered a sandwich I asked for no tomatoes instead I got tomatoes and they took everything else off I’m highly disappointed nd don’t recommend this McDonald since Dey can’t get their orders right

Had to wait on order even tho I ordered ahead and there was no body else in the drive thru. I leftafter waiting over 10 minutes mark ( breakfast). I never got my order. I had to yell in the speaker to get waited on.

Every time I'm here I wait a minimum of 20 minutes. Usually 30.
This location never has a working ice cream machine. I don’t know what the problem is, but it’s one of the ones that’s open late and never seems to have a working ice cream machine. I don’t see how that’s possible for such a long period of time. Months and months it has been down. Certainly Management would’ve addressed this issue by now. Or somebody just doesn’t want to do their job…

No drinks. Drink machines down. Food medium warm, should have been hot. Fish and double cheeseburger. Asked for no pickle. Got no pickle AND no onion. Too pricey for quality.

I used the app to place a mobile order. As instructed, I parked in a spot and paid for the order. It was 4:22. The app immediately told me order was received and at 4:24 it told me that my order would be out in 3 to 5 minutes. I waited, and waited. After about 20 minutes it said we hope you enjoy your order as much as we enjoyed preparing it. Great. Except I didn't get any order. Since I paid I got in the drive thru line. I got up to the order screen and told them I'd ordered using the app but didn't get it, the guy said oh, they will get it to you, just drive around. The line wasn't short. So I finally get up to the window and before the girls could hand me the wrong order, I told her I had placed an order through the app and she had no idea what I was talking about. I handed her my phone so she could see my order. They then threw it together quickly and handed it to me. No apologies, no acknowledgement of it being 40 minutes later. I was NOT happy. Fast food? Ha!

Sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes nobody took our order. There was two cars there it is the worst McDonald’s in town. The whole staff needs fired.

Double drive thru doesn't work if they take 2 orders in 1 lane for every 1 in the other, I was in the other.
Service terribly slow. Employees gathering in groups outside the back door smoking....certain things on the job. Overall terrible location

McDonald’s has adorned the American landscape for at least a half century, literally serving billions of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Despite them staying the course with consistency in meal options, and oft times introducing new menu items; they are vanishing. No longer are they the world’s largest food chain. Competition has been their biggest foe.

It’s McDonald’s. What you see is what you get. I personally have not eaten anything from McDonald’s since 2011-12ish, but my kids love it lol.
