I seldom eat fast food and even less McDonalds yet i must say the employees were friendly, professional and timely in their food delivery. The food was fresh and hot. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I even went so far as to mention this to others today and even the S Grand location.

The food is never quite up to par, the employees are constantly goofing around, acting a fool, and on their cell phones rather than taking care of the customers, and I am constantly late going back to work even when I order on the app ahead of time!!!
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't take my child to this location especially around dinner time for anything!

The toilet paper was laying on the floor in the bathrooms. Slow service, cold fries, no ketchup or dipping sauce, and last but definitely not least they didn't put a toy in my kids happy meal. That was the last straw

I have gotten terrible food and service at this location in the past but today was the absolute worst of them all. I ordered a coffee in the morning (10am) and I took a drink when it was almost empty and had the pleasure of a McMouth FULL of coffee grounds. There was so much left at the bottom of the cup even after I spit out a mouthful. I have had it with this location. Rude employees, filthy restaurant/kitchen, and poor food quality.

My order is usually wrong. The fries are oversalted and the price for the quality is too high.
Yall can’t count right, got 5 nuggets instead of 6. Yall can’t give any sauce for nuggets when the meal comes with them. Yall don’t give straws. Your staff is rude, do better it’s not that hard to work at McDonald’s I’ve done it before. This is pathetic.

I love their meals, sandwiches so much that i always fall in love with their milkshakes especially the chocolate milk milkshake I swear it's so sweet ? yummy very delicious, guys if ya want that please then go to MC.

Smells like straight bo in the lobby where you eat and the service is very unhelping straightening things out. It's pathetic the way they work and maintain cleanliness and even the manager wasn't understanding either. Very dissatisfied and corporate will hear from me, the floor is sticky it's very dirty in here and don't use your card in the drive thru. Plus when my order was finally straightened out it took 18 mins to get a mcchicken, mcdouble, large frie and drink.

I came in tonight to buy the new car double chicken big Mac and parking lot is completely dark outside. Exterior lights do not work ordering screen was cracked. I was not greeted when I came through. They told me on DoorDash acceptance tonight at 10 o’clock. I’ll have to call McDonald’s app to get a refill because they wouldn’t accept my order.

I tried to go through drive tru no one answered so i went inside and it was crowded and loud no one knew what they were doing I ordered and payed on the ordering kiosk still took 20 minutes for one large sweet tea
