Its McDonalds. But on a real note; 7 out of 10 times, they do not get the order right. Also, the food can noticeably taste/feel like it sat out for a while. If they were on top of it like they should be, I dont think itd be that bad. Because I've seen busy. Definitely isnt the cleanest either, but better than the few Burger king's I have been to.

Placed an order through the drive-thru. The food was hot and ready to go, but every time we go to this McDonald's, I kid you not 9/10 times we have items missing. My husband asked for 2 holiday pies, only got one. Asked for 2 fries, didn't get any of them. Ordered my son a kids meal, and our son doesn't eat apples so there is an option where you can get extra fries, not even substituted, still received the apples.
