I don’t know about these other people but I come to this McDonald’s because it’s the best in Springfield. just like all establishments you’re going to have a bad worker but Never personally had any issues once 🤷♀️

On multiple occasions been there and customer service is awful . They practically throw your food at you at window . I will always say thank you when something is handed to me and seems like if they reply back would be too much to ask .
