We usually don't go inside, but since it was late morning we wanted to see what was left. We were pleased to see that quite a variety was still available. It was the staff the made going in worth it though - welcoming, upbeat, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This place has completely gone downhill in the past few months. Service has been terrible since changing staff recently. They seemed to run out of donuts earlier and earlier. I'v been a fan since 1964. After speaking with the unprofessional owner, Amanda, who seems not to care. I will not return.

Love this place! When I come back in town this is my favorite spot to bring friends and family. The donuts are literally better than anywhere I’ve ever had, and I eat donuts all over— Boston, San Francisco, Chicago, Seattle, you name it! Mel-O-Creme has the BEST donuts in the world. And their history is great, they make the donut formula for lots of other well known donut makers. I’m usually a very healthy and organic eater, but these donuts are WORTH THE SPLURGE. Not a single donut is bad, sometimes I get there towards closing and they only have a few selections left, but that doesn’t even bother me. Whatever donut type is left is guaranteed to be excellent. But if you’re looking for the whole variety, get there earlier in the morning because their donuts can go fast because they’re so good!

Disappointing. Bought a variety pack. Six of the donuts were coffee cake or lemon glazed. (I hate lemon anything.). Not a single delicious Mel-O-Cream glazed donut at all. A sad way to spend almost twenty dollars; choking down six out of twelve donuts.

I had a terrific experience with the customer service. I must say, the cashier, donut, and barista at this Mel-O-Cream were incredibly charming and helpful, just as they always are. The store is exceptionally clean and consistently accommodating to its customers. The best donuts in the world, without a doubt.

Loved the doughnuts. New favorite spot when we come to town to visit gma. Drive thru was worth the wait. It only took about 10 or less from time we pulled up to receiving order but was a full line. And I know why. Friendly staff, helped work with my gmas sugar restrictions.
