“Just had the BEST dinner at Charro tonight! This was our first visit but it won't be the last!! Our server, Jesus, was prompt and friendly - outstanding service all the way through our visit. The ambiance and décor were welcoming and made us feel like we'd stepped into an old-world hacienda. The food, though... sooo delicious!!! We could taste the care that went into the preparation of our meals and it was evident in the presentation of our plates. Don't miss this truly charming gem of a restaurant!“

“After visiting Aztca a lot over the past few months we were able to have Nico bring out the food truck for my graduation party and it was great!! Food was 10/10 with plenty of different menu options… even had churros. Nico is super friendly and everyone raved about how tasty the food was!“

“I’m from Chicago, wife is from Southern California. We moved to Springfield a couple of years ago. El Pollo is our favorite place in town. Over the weekend we saw a moving truck out front and started to freak out lol. Glad to see they aren’t leaving us!“

“Stopped in for a quick bite. There was a very rude customer being extremely disrespectful to the staff. Manager Miracle did an amazing job handling that difficult customer. We got a few of the burrito bowls and the flavor was amazing. This location is one of the best we've eaten at. Whoever is running this location has done a great job and their staff is just as awesome. We will be making this a new weekly place to eat. Thanks for the amazing service!!“

“Springfield does not lack for Mexican restaurants. This is one of the best. The chips and salsa is excellent, the guacamole dip is delicious. My wife had the vegetarian burrito - large and flavorful. I had the cerviche (shrimp) which was really delicious and a small glass of modelo negra to soothe the heat. We'll definitely return.“

“The food was good as always. I ordered unsweet tea, but got sweet tea. I didn't discover this until I got home. I live halfway across town, so I didn't bother taking it back. But I was stuck without a drink, as I'm a type 2 diabetic and can't have the sugar. It was on my receipt as unsweet tea. I wish they would pay more attention to what they're doing. This has happened before at this same Taco Bell location.“

“"I recently visited the Taco Bell at 3025 W White Oaks Dr, Springfield, IL 62704, and was impressed by the experience. The food was hot, fresh, and served incredibly fast. The customer service was exceptional; every staff member was kind and attentive. I especially appreciate the manager, who is clearly dedicated to achieving great opportunities and works well with the team. He is fair and a hard worker. Highly recommend this location for a quick, delicious meal!"“
