Been going here for years, it’s consistently fast, tasty, large portions, nice staff, and good price! I like that I can order online with Beyond Menu App!

They used to be decent but last time I ordered (April 2024) the food was horrible. I ordered the party tray of chicken fried rice and I don’t think there was even one whole piece of chicken in it. Just rice. Then the spring rolls were basically empty. It was just a bunch of the wrap and no food inside of it. The cashew chicken was not good and a piece of the chicken had a bone in it. I’m not sure if they have new owners but I will not be going back.

Worst crab Rangoon I've ever had. It was just bad cream cheese. It was like they said, just fill it with bad cream cheese, they won't notice. Yuk. I did notice and I won't be back. The egg drop soup was ok.

This best place in Springfield Illinois to eat at. I would recommend it over any place here.

Was lunch time. Ordered General Tso Tofu. Woman sitting behind counter, no greeting or anything. Idk what general tso this was supposed be. Zero pepper, all white sugar, maybe some garlic powder? Worst I've had ever. Don't

I have been going to New China for years, and have had excellent food most of the time. I do not care for their version of orange chicken, but not my usual order anyway. The lady at the window can be a little bristly, but I have learned to work with her. It is my favorite place for Chinese.

I ordered orange chicken to eat there. Food was big pieces and tough. Rice was flavorless and very dry also. It was lunch special but didn't come with an egg roll. I was very disappointed ☹️

Restaurant is clean and easily accessible. There is handicapped parking and easy entrance. Order at counter and they'll bring to the table or carry out or drive thru. I ordered orange chicken and it was bland with strong orange flavor but lacked spice. We also had General Tso chicken and it was totally bland and lacked taste except the chicken flavor. Absolutely no spice. The hit and sour soup was neither hit nor sour. Just bland. The crabmeat Rangoon were flavorful.

Nope never again! Orange chicken was old and stringy with bbq sauce on it with orange peels in it .. service was terrible... Waste of money!

This is an amazing deal for lunch. 7.75 and you can pick from about 40ish choices. It comes with soup or soda. Get the wonton or egg drop soup! I finished all my chicken lo mein but I'm going to make some rice cakes with the fried rice.Their fried rice is actually good! At other places I've seen them just douse it in soy sauce. This has bits of pork and it is so flavorful. The wonton soup was so good and the egg drop soup looked amazing too.

They must have different people working now because in the past the food has been great. This time the chicken had definitely been cooked again and again because it’s chewy and straw like. The fried rice was okay though
