Furniture inside is pretty beat-up. Food is “okay”. Not very friendly staff; hard to get waited on at counter as they are hidden in back. Self-serve station messy and out of napkins. Overall a Very Mid experience and not up to panera standards.
The problem isnt this location specifically, but Panera's menu recently got re-vamped and my favorite sandwiches have lost tons of quality for it.Namely;The Cinnamon Crunch Ham sandwich has come with a SINGLE small slice of ham (when its come with multiple in the past).Theres better scrambled egg sandwiches elsewhere that arent 7$.The BBQ chicken sandwich has also lost the crispy onions (which, for me, made the sandwich awesome).Theres a fine line between cutting costs and...
Ordered a steak and cheddar full sandwich without chicken. I got the bun and hardly any roast beef. No cheese!!!! Paid $13.93 and a dollar tip. Ordered at restaurant to take home. Called them 5 times . No answer.
