I got the best pizza tonight! I placed the order earlier that morning for a pickup later. I was skeptical at first due to distasteful experiences that Ive had in the past. When I got there my food was ready and the guy taking my order was wonderful. Friendly atmosphere. I recommend this place 100 times over!

I pulled up to the drive through ready to pick up some pizza after a long couple of days of moving. Turns out, I placed an order for Papa John’s in NORTH CAROLINA. Missy didn’t know this (I didn’t know at the time either lol). But she called every Papa John’s in Springfield looking for my order. She was so friendly and so accommodating and it’s just so uncommon to get customer service like this today. I wanted to leave this review because people like Missy deserve recognition....
