Pizza Hut in Springfield

“Well I called the store and he explained the charges. I ordered a large sausage pan pizza. With extra sausage. In my opinion the amount of sausage was the amount of a single amount of sausage, but on the receipt said 1.90 twice = 3.80 for extra sausage . So they charged me for a cheese pizza and changed me for the sausage and the extra sausage. I ordered a sausage pizza. I shouldn’t have to pay for the sausage that should have already been included in the main price. Like a supreme You don’t charge for all the veggies on there. I ordered sausage pizza. Then there was a convenience fee of 4.?? And they said it was a delivery charge to help the drivers with gas. I gave him 5.00 tip and he makes 16.00 + an hour so he just made 21.00 + for one pizza. I wont be doing that again I’ll go and deliver it my self and save 21.00 + there was not enough sausage at all on it!!!!“

“Ordered pizza after a huge storm swept through our town and we had been without power for several hours. Placed an order online and received a call from the shop immediately after, explaining that they were out of some ingredients after getting super slammed with loads of business due to the circumstances. The staff very patiently explained our options and a new timeline for completion of our order. Our food was ready for pickup exactly when they predicted. When I stopped in to pick it up, there were only two staff members present, working super hard and fast to complete a huge number of orders. When I commented on their small numbers, I was told some of their employees were not able to come in due to the widespread power outages. The counter staff member was super friendly and helpful to all customers in line ahead of me, despite the challenging circumstances, and our food was just as hot and delicious as always from this store, and made just as we had ordered. We really appreciate the staff's efforts during incredibly difficult circumstances. Our food and this interaction has been a bright spot in this ordeal for us, as we continue with over 30 hours without power.“

“They never send all your food and you can never get ahold of any one to get your food or your money back this has happened to many times we will no longer be doing business with them once is a mistake but happens all the time we r done getting ripped off“
