The location at S Grand in Springfield is the worst! Terrible service. Employees are ALL rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Don't go here unless you're okay with being called out of your name AND enjoy 20+ minutes of waiting time.
Absolutely the worst staff tonight! Absolutely no sense of urgency when they were busy! Eventually asked for a refund and left! This location has went down hill and I would not recommend them nor will I be back!
