Went there on my lunch break. I had a coupon for $10.99,2 can dine . 5 pc chicken, 2 biscuits and two sides. I asked for spicy chicken got mild ,instead of 5 pieces I only received 2 pieces , 1 biscuit, fries( about one hand full and the Mac n cheese was horrible. I was sharing this with a co worker. I called the restaurant for two hours straight and no one answered. I will never go back. They are HORRIBLE
I was just physically threatened at the Springfield IL location on Wabash by a cook. “ I’ll punch you in the face” he said, after I asked for a refund for the sandwich, that was soggy and not prepared correctly. I have pictures of all the employees including the cook and the rude manager. Should I post these pictures?
I bought some chicken from Popeyes Monday July 18, 2022 and the chicken was nasty it didn,t taste like Popeyes it taste plain and the biscuits were dry and the macaroni was mushy.Whats going on Popeyes.
