The food was fresh and hot and the waitress was hilarious. I would have given it 5 stars but the self pay kiosk at the table did not work and we had to flag down the server after a wait. The weekly burger specials were good and the margaritas were tasty.

So i placed an order through door dash about 40 minutes ago. My girlfriend got her food and i ordered an 8 dollar milkshake. I didn’t receive the milkshake. When i called red robin to tell them i didnt recieve the milkshake, the man yelled to someone, the call went silent and then it ended. I called back, it rang twice, and then someone picked up ( i know because i heard people talking and someone heavily breathing) and then it hung up again. This is horrible service and completely not ok. I just wanted my milkshake dude.

Husband and I ate here for a quick valentines date, and first thing off the bat, was we were super uncomfortable due to the smell of pure stank, I don't know what it was, but it smelt like a sewer was sitting in the middle of the restaurant.The server was friendly and nice, but she did admit to forgetting to get our order after a while of us sitting there. She was so I give her the benefit of the doubt.We waited 30 minutes and 4 other people that came in after us, and they got their food before us. They got burgers just like we did.The burger itself was good. Both me and my husband's fries were so salty we had to thank God we weren't slugs or we'd probably had been dead.Pretzel appetizer was good, but the pretzels were suppperr greasy or oily the cheese was slipping off the pretzel that's how oily they were...Unfortunately, we will probably stick with going to the Red Robins in Champaign. I was pretty displeased with Springfields.

Corporate, please go to this location unannounced now!Arrived around:3:15 pm. No host. I found my way to the bar section where I found 5 of the staff gossiping, normal but no greeting. I ordered maybe the Worst old fashion Ive ever had. The bourbon was terrible with no choice of decent bourbon substitute. Little to no bitters, red cherries not muddled. The bar is not stocked, beer bottles on the shelf where liquor bottles should be. The bar needs help. I ordered a beer and the keg was out. No intentions to change it. The bartender did offer a bottle of the same, she did ok, but seems exhausted from toeing the corporate line of half asxed managers. I ordered a Bleu Ribbon burger, with pink in the meat, and your famous steak fries. It was a sad looking burger, bleu cheese was scarce as well as the onion straws, the patty was over cooked and less than desirable size. Not enough meat to be pink. Not plated or attractive at all. The fries were mushy and almost no seasoning. No condiments, silverware, or napkins were offered. Workers walking around staring at me and mean mugging. I felt like I didn’t belong, wore something offensive, or was just in the wrong place.I would say training would help but they have nothing to work with. Nearing post apocalyptic environment in this restaurant. Not only would I not recommend this place, I highly suggest you stay away. It’s very sad because I love this place in other cities.Please take the “gourmet” and “new juicer burgers” out of your ads if you can’t live up to it.If this place doesn’t get better management and/or Corporate doesn’t get here fast, it’s going to shut down. Someone needs to care about this place.

For "bottomless sides" the portions are rather small. I understand wanting to avoid food waste and costs but it would reduce the number of orders. Atmosphere is pretty standard. Freckled lemonade cake was quite good.

Typical Red Robin. They have gone downhill and this one is no different. Our onion rings were cold. The pretzel bites are served with a few tablespoons of cheese sauce and a handful of overcooked pretzel bites. The chicken wrap was lacking any flavor and the waitress never came back to get us another bottomless fry! The kid's chicken was small and tough. Overall a place that has gone to far downhill to warrant another visit.
