I loved the atmosphere of this Italian restaurant. Unfortunately, the food is not up to the standards of a traditional "old fashioned" italian restaurant. I had the meatball sandwich. It was very bland. Another member of my party had the lasagna. That person also indicated a blandness to the meal. I really loved the feel of the place, but the food was nothing special.
We went here at the recommendation of the hotel staff and we were not disappointed. It's located downtown and there is parking nearby. The food was delicious and they had a nice selection to choose from. Our waitress was very good. We went early so it wasn't too crowded.
What a great dinner we had! We had baked lasagna with meatballs and baked mostaccioli with Italian sausage. It was delicious (though my husband thought the sausage was a bit bland). The salad (with house dressing) was delicious but the bread was just okay. Very reasonably priced. Our server (Zach) was one of the best servers we’ve ever had! He was personable, funny, friendly & gave us wonderful service!
