The lady took my order and was helpful and pleasant but after my oder was taken nobody made my drinks. One person went to the back and the one working the window started sweeping the floor. When she finished sweeping up she didn't wash her hands just went right in making my drinks. This cannot be policy for your company.

Only bought hot chocolate, which was mildly lukewarm when l left the window. Didn't want to get back in line, so l had to wait until I got home to make my hot chocolate HOT.....?
These employees really have their jazz together. Veterans Parkway should take lessons from the store. People are so kind nobody judges anybody we are all just people trying to get our Joe.
