I come to this Starbucks location quite frequently and always have great service. Unfortunately today and the day before when I visited this location I was given horrible and very rude service from the woman shown in the picture. She needs retrained or let go altogether!! Very bad attitude!!! Will not be back.

Multiple times my wife and I have gone to the Starbucks during the hours they should still be open. For example on Saturday they say they close at 9pm and we arrive there at 8:20pm and they are already closed. On a week day it shows they close at 9pm and we arrive at 7:35pm and they are already closed. Update your hours online or stay open until your supposed to close.

Always good. Always right. Thanks to the young lady at the drive through for hooking me up with a new drink. My go to isn't available anymore, so I asked her to surprise me. She did. And it was amazing. She was a great sport about it.

I had such a strange and bad experience here last night. I ordered a drink on the mobile app, and when I arrived, although there were people working in the store, they told me that they were closed and couldn’t make my drink through the drive through communication device. When I pointed out that they were marked as open on the app they merely apologized and said they couldn’t turn off the mobile app orders. They told me that they were sorry many times, but simultaneously refused to refund my money or make my drink. They suggested I go to another Starbucks to get my drink (very inconvenient) and also that I should come back the next day to get my refund (I don’t live in Springfield). I’ve never had such incompetent and just plain bad customer service before. It was so frustrating and disappointing.

Starbucks in Springfield IL are hard to find openlate at night. This one has fairly good hours. It's easy to see from road but it definitely has an unconventional way to reach the store via the road. I would visit again. Very friendly service

We were traveling and stopped at this store's drive thru window, the cold brew was great and prepared perfectly, but I want to especially give a shout out to Brayden who was very professional and enjoyable to interact with. Brought my family in for a treat. I ordered a Venti (LARGE) brown sugar oatmilk light ice. The young gal at the register said “that drink is mostly ice so is it ok if your glass is half empty?” My response: “No, that is not ok. My glass is always filled up.” She said “oh, I will add Oatmilk then .” EVERY OTHER LOCATION has NEVER asked me that. Infact the most recent location I was at gave me a choice of oatmilk or iced coffee. Pathetic.

3rd time attempting coffee from here, and it’s been awful every time. The frappes with extra shots are ALWAYS watered down and melted and taste like plain milk…. my caramel macchiato with extra ice had no ice and was warm. Workers are unpleasant. Such a waste of $8, paying for extra shots to not get it… why? . This location needs some serious help.
