We ordered 8 double bacon cheeseburger meals and they gave us all singles and then said that we ordered singles. Our order clearly said doubles and the manager was VERY rude and said to bring our phone in with the online order and prove it. We did and all they had to say was …well we don’t give refunds at this store. You have to contact regional about it. WHAT !?!?!? VERY, VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE
The all plastic throw away stuff. order at counter,. no waitress. Buns on burgers were cold. fries had been under a heat lamp for awhile. young kids running place who acted like they don't care. nasty. very disappointing. steak n shake has gone to yuck and trash.
Got the wrong food. Food was as cold as the service
