There is one woman working by herself. With a long line she needs help. She does a great job, but needs help in the lines moving faster. Subway you need to fix this as people started walking out today for Jimmy John's. You will lose more customers if you don't fix this.

Is it company policy to serve EVERYONE that is in line and then make the online orders? This is the third time I have dealt with this at this location and I have come in and told them I have an online order and they get the receipt and confirm it and then make all the food for others, even people who come in the store after me that do not have online orders.

Ordered on my app, said it would be done at 12:10. Got there right at 12:10, but it wasn't ready. I had to wait in line, and when I said I had a pick up order they told me to get out of the line and wait. People who came in after me got their order before me, and they messed up my order. Didn't leave until 35 minutes after my order was supposed to be done. No apologies. This place is the worst, never coming back.

I walked by at 10:30 and even though their store hours say they open at 10am on Saturday, noone was there. Wasn't alot around so I didn't end up having time to walk anywhere else to eat. Why wouldn't the store hours online just list closed so you don't waste people's time. Why would I ever go back?
