Very quaint shop! Lots of delicious coffee options(give the honey-lavender a try, so tasty!), brunch, and lunch options as well. Don't forget the amazing-looking ice cream! They have a lot of gluten-free options for pastries as well as normal baked goods. Everything looks fantastic.I had the breakfast horseshoe, and I could only eat half! The tomato potatoes( covered in tomato vinaigrette, I believe) are so different, but so mouthwatering. One of the owners, Clay, served us and even helped us resolve an issue with GF Bread being sold out.Kid friendliness is over the top! There's a little play-village inside to entertain the young ones while you wait for the food. Outside seating includes a few play houses and large connect four game. Perfect for getting brunch with your mom(or dad!) -friends!We will definitely return next time we're in town!Kid-friendliness: One of the best kid-friendly placed I have been. Play area, lots of high chairs, outside seating with play areas, and an open floor plan so you can see your kid from across the room.Dietary restrictions: Lots of good gluten-free options for pastries and ways to make a GF diet work. I was very impressed with the number of options.

Me and my friend were really excited to do a girls day and eat here because it looked good. The service was fast and the people were nice, but our table was still dirty. The just pickles were cucumbers, no pickle taste whatsoever. The alcoholic drinks were tiny for the price and not very good. The sweet biscuit nuggets were hard as rocks and had no flavor. We tried putting syrup to help them and still nothing. The loaded fries were good but hardened up fast. Will not be going here again, very disappointed.

We tried here this morning before the Mother’s Day festivities began. Food was amazing. The vanilla donut and cinnamon sugar pop tart were big hits

First time going to biscuits and brunch and it was ok myMom had the biscuits and gravy and she said it wasn’t good and I have to agree, it’s very bland. I heard great things about this place but the workers never really smiled at all and some of the workers hair should have been tucked away or wearing a hair net made them or the restaurant look really bad. Don’t think I’ll try it again

The gluten-free cookies are very disappointing - they have the consistency of wet sand. The rest of the food was incredibly salty. Service was very helpful and kind though!

The ambience is not bad.Loud but modern. However, the service is good, EXCEPT for the man!! He would NOT accommodate my allergies. I said I can tolerate a little bit, I just need to switch my protein, half of their menu your choice of protein as an option, but he refused to accommodate my needed protein choice when I wanted to order the savory French toast ($16). He didn’t even care to see what I wanted. And I had to wait for my meal and ask for it in little pieces, cause they kept forgetting all the $40 items I bought. I couldn’t enjoy my visit. Finally when the hits of the alternative ($22) + side =$40 food came out, it was overly greasy, soggy, overly salty. Fried were almost burnt!Just a bad ($40) experience for one person! Not worth it! Hated it! I was here last year, hated it, again this year. Just go to luminary instead!Luminary is everything this place wants to be but failed!

I’m visiting family for spring break all the way from Providence, Rhode Island and stopped here to get some breakfast only to be pleasantly surprised by what a great experience we had here. I got the Cinnamon Dulce Coffee and the That’s My Jam sandwich along with the Tomato Potatoes. Everything was delicious!! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming to us. I never leave reviews but this place deserves more praise as we loved our experience here. Great place for the family also because they provide board games at every table. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 10/10plus: super aesthetic for those looking for cute instagram pictures lol

Just had breakfast here for the first time this morning. It was great, I would definitely return!! The service was great, both people we encountered were super friendly. I had a simple bacon, eggs and toast. It really hit the spot. I also got some really cute Valentine's cookies Togo that my kiddos loved. Their bakery case was loaded with delicious looking deserts.

The dishes in this restaurant are different from any other Springfield restaurant. Our choice was delicious.

This review is based off the breakfast horseshoe I had with Nashville chicken. The thing for me that sets a restaurant apart is the originality of it's menu options. I can't tell you how many times I said this is so good while I was eating it. I've never tasted the combination of flavors this meal had. It was SO GOOD! Halfway through the meal I was already thinking I can't wait to come back here and try something else. I highly recommend checking it out. If you like it half as much as I did, you'll be glad you went. Enjoy!

I absolutely love coming to this bakery! I can’t help but grab a little of everything here because it’s all so good and the staff is always helpful and friendly! I can never remember the name of the latte I love, but every time I go in they make it perfectly! Definitely stop by for breakfast, lunch, coffee, or some delicious take home treats!

Amazing bakery! The atmosphere is adorable, quality of service and food is top-notch, and the owners seem to be very open/honest/kind. Hands down the best place for a gluten free bakery item in town, let alone their amazing coffee and beverages!

My favorite bakery. This place is unbelievable! They offer tons of vegan friendly pastries, drinks, breakfast food, and lunch dishes. You can veganize a lot of things too! They occasionally do vegan takeovers (all vegan menu all day) which is amazing! The biggest reason I love them is that they don't use high fructose corn syrup, artificial dyes, artificial colors, etc! They use all natural ingredients and source locally when they can. Fantastic bakery! The cosmic brownies are the best!

My wife and I, along with some good friends of ours were in Springfield for the Sammy Hagar concert at the IL State Fair. The next morning we went looking for a good breakfast and found Three Twigs Bakery. Amazing!!! Great food, friendly service, and a great relaxed atmosphere. ? Highly recommend Three Twigs to anyone. You will not be disappointed ??

Wonderful small business that has amazing service and food. They host a story time for littles each week that help give parents a moment to enjoy their food/drink in peace ;). You can tell they take pride in their job, appreciate and love their customers which is hard to come by anymore. Thanks for being so amazing Three Twigs!
