The worst food I’ve had in a long time. Corn was rancid, potatoes taste like instant mashed, I ordered Mac and cheese and got carrots (the biggest disappointment yet). And even the carrots were terrible and rubbery. Would NOT recommend.

Was getting off of work late and was worried I wasn't going to make it on time. gF wanted breaded mushrooms. These guys came through in a pinch and they are always friendly and welcoming here. Food is always on point too! Thanks guys!

This was a horrible experience. First they kept rolling their eyes when we told them we need more time to look at the menu. Also the food was terrible. Spent $51 for only 1 food item to actually be edible. Fries tasted like they were made earlier in the week and were refried. Mashed potatoes tasted like they were powder potatoes. Fried chicken was super mushy and overcooked. Felt like I was chewing on steak. The cod dinner was not worth $14. 2 pc cod fish with a cornbread. Basically if you don’t want to waste your money on terrible food go elsewhere.

For the last 2 decades or MORE I've been coming here for my gizzards cooked an extra minute. And I always get hot sauce n wings!!! These guys are amazing. Service is amazing. This is my favorite browns location. St charles.. off rt38

VERY RACIST TO MEXICAN AND BLACK PEOPLE! Never experienced this at any other browns chicken restaurant but this one in st Charles the white owner is very racist and entitled , didn’t give us our food worth and when I asked for honey packets he refused to give me and laughed even after I offered to pay. The restaurant is not sanitized at all and the tables are sticky and disgusting. There should get an inspection done ASAP!
