food wasn't very good ordered the mrs brown special and the chicken was very dry and the biscuits were cold and parts of the biscuits were very hard the mushrooms were pretty good though but probably wont be going back i would say that the customer service was very good

Person that took my order was attentive and made sure I was ordering what I wanted. He offered me numerous sauce selections as well. This is really the best place I know of to get chicken livers. Today's were great...not over cooked.

My wings was the only thing worth eating, I spent 20 minutes waiting on food because I did ask for fresh wings. That’s understandable, but I get home my so called gravy is gravy water it was terrible I poured it out. The biscuits were also terrible I put those in the garbage as well. The potatoes looked like potatoes Instant potatoes. That was my first time there and my last. And who ever owns this building it’s need a total remodel job inside and out. They need to put some money into this restaurant. Ridiculous!

Ordered 2 piece white meat breast and wing, but received 2 thighs that were dry and stale. They were probably from earlier today or yesterday.
Plus a dried out stale biscuit.

Hard to find quality fried chicken.
Not too many Brown's Chicken around any more and so very HAPPY this one exists. Great staff, efficient and "IT TASTES BETTER ??" just as I remember from the late 70's & 80's.

I always use the drive thru when I stop here while I’m working. I’ve never been inside but have always had great friendly service with minimal wait time. My food has always been good.

My bill was over $60 and I paid extra for mac and cheese and the cheese was spoil. Paid for Bread biscuits were cold and dry not fresh. Had to wait 10min for fresh chicken but my mashed potatoes were cold as well. Horrible experience.

This place used to be good. However it has gone down hill over the last few years. The last couple times I have waited a long time. Once over twenty mins. To be served stale chicken and microwaved slop for sides. If the food was fresh I can deal with the wait. This was during normal business hours etc. saw another car take off based on the wait lol. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t visit again.

Had been "craving" Browns Chicken for awhile, Finally got "my fix". The Chicken, Corn fritters, Biscuits & Fries-Were 1,0000% Delicious!!! Will be going bk to St. Charles location, Regularly!!!

Pay no heed to the review below me (Jennifer Shepard). She indicated that we were friends, but if she was a real friend she wouldn't have insulted a fine dining establishment such as this. I had the turkey bowl five days in a row, and you know what? It was great all five days. So that why it gets five stars. Four more stars than my "friend" gave.
