Very good atmosphere, very good service, especially from bella.
Been coming to Urban counter for years and I always get fantastic service. Especially from Bella, Jada, and Mairen.
Great place for lunch or quick after work dinner. Best bang for your buck in St. Charles. Bonus points for being able to get some gas or pick up some beer after you eat.

Fresh food is prepared daily, deals are good, and the dining area is roomy and clean.
