We had an excellent meal and very thorough service last night at our first visit to Chime and Stave. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The shrimp and chorizo with lobster sauce was excellent. We will definitely return to Chime and Stave and highly recommend it.Dietary restrictions: Our waiter was very accommodating of my needs as an immunosuppressed individual.

This was a 5 star experience! Nice ambience and incredible food! The scallop special was beautiful and full of various flavors, my husband said the lamb chops were the best he’s ever had. Our server was attentive and fun- thanks James. Half price bottles of wine on Wednesdays was a nice perk! We will make this a regular spot.

Lolli was personable and greeted us. She asked whether we had visited before as she showed us around. The manager, Carol, introduced herself and visited for a few minutes. James was just delightful and described the menu offerings to the finest detail. The dishes we chose, lobster ravioli and scallops, were scrumptious. For dessert, we had the cherries and the apple tart. Wow! We will definitely visit Chime and Stave again and bring some friends next time.

Had a delicious dinner with the family here last night. The remodel looks great and feels like a smaller, brighter version of the Turf Room (minus the horses and open fireplace). Their new chef has definitely escalated the menu, but not the prices, thankfully. The wine list is small but quite good (no Mondavi anywhere!). The service was attentive. This is the restaurant I've been waiting for on this side of town. Check it out!
OMG so refreshing to have an attentive waiter like James! His personality was blooming from the moment we sat down. His suggestions were spot on and our waters were always full. The service was exceptional and the food was tasty. We just stopped in for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised that the menu had been upgraded from what we saw on yelp. We had mussels and roasted Brussels for our appetizers both were delicious. Wish I had left more room for my Parmesan crusted chicken but my husband finished his ribeye special. The sauce was amazing! Chime and Stave is on our must visit again list.

Great service and food. Staff and management are exceptional at making sure you have a great experience. We had Steak Frites special, Filet duo, and a kids meal. Everything is really tasty and the cocktails are good. Our son (2) loved the entire experience. Atmosphere is comfy classy rustic, very nice. Definitely a great restaurant for Campton/Wasco.

This is not a burger place. It's a wonderful restaurant experience. As others have said, the new place is terrific. We started with the Charcutarie Board, next was a wonderful clam chowder and an interesting and tasty warm cabbage/bacon salad. Main courses were an excellent white fish and pork loin, finished up with a fantastic poached pear dessert. Nice drinks and excellent waitstaff. There's many great options in the the area and Chime and Stave is now one of them. We will return.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner last night and thank you James for your excellent service and hospitality! The lobster ravioli was so rich and decadent - stuffed with so much lobster - so good. The twin filets were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We had the apple tart for dessert and they brought out an after dinner shot of Liquor 43 with cream topping for us to try! It hit the spot perfectly. We left very stuffed and will definitely be back! Thank you Chime and Stave!
