We love CH have eaten there so many times. We always order the Prime Rib sandwiches. This is the first time 7/23/25 the Prime Rib meat was tough? Please tell us you will start using the original Prime Rib meat in the future? Thanks you

PS Our Server Kari she was outstanding.
The St. Charles location has TWICE, not put in a to-go order. Go to pick it up, and it shows it was called in, but the order not placed to the kitchen. The first time, the manager handled it very well. The second time, a different manager was not as customer oriented, and did not handle the problem to our satisfaction. Not sure what the problem is with placing orders to-go at that location, but whoever is answering the phones there, needs to finish the transaction and put...read full review
