My reservatuon was accepted and confirmed, buy when we arrived we learned the restaurant was closed for a private party. Seems like your reservation system could detect something like that.

Everything was great, but the valet parking thing is just kind of annoying in our opinion. Just felt like an unneeded way to get people to pay more $. Just felt like a little much for us.

Thanksgiving Dinner. Not your average Buffett. All the traditional Thanksgiving eats but done in a tasteful and delicious way. Carving station was great. Sides were well done but would have loved more variety like sweet potato casserole. Ceaser salad was soggy and too much Anchovy paste. The desert station was over the top. Logistically, getting to the buffet was not optimal and they need better access and exit. Overall, this is a great alternative if you don't want to cook or can't. Would do again.

Hi. We had a really nice meal for our Thanksgiving. The food was delicious, and of very high quality. As always, our server Brian was outstanding. He is very gracious, knowledgeable and just plain fun to be with. We will be back, as Mio Modo is our go-to spot in Saint Charles. Our only surprise was the level of ambient noise. While it wasn't awful, it caused us to exit the restaurant sooner than normal. Thank you all for a lovely experience!

I made a reservation for two people at 6 pm on a Friday night. The restaurant way overbooked the 6 pm time slot. We had tickets to see a show at the Arcada that evening at 8 pm. At 6:45 pm, we had still not been seated at a table. We took two spots at the bar. Other guests with 6 pm reservations were not seated until 7 pm. This is unacceptable for a restaurant to take reservations and then not seat you until 1 hour after your reservations. Sitting at the bar at a nice restaurant is not ideal for me. The food we ordered was excellent, served hot and fresh. However, due to the problem with getting seated and having to sit at the bar to make our show, it left a bad taste in our mouth.
