Wonderful food and fantastic service (Brian) for our anniversary dinner! It was our first time at this restaurant and it will be at the top of our list for special occasions.
In the reservation I requested a lower table but when seated they offered a high table so I asked for a lower table and they said one was not available. My feet fell asleep and my shoe fell off. It was fairly uncomfortable and hindered us fully enjoying our time there. Great food though!
Mio Modo was such a gorgeous place and the food was phenomenal!!!! Our waiter was the best ever!!! Friendly, attentive but not overbearing! We loved celebrating our 38th anniversary there!!! We will be back
Our server, Marybeth, went above and beyond to assure that we had a great meal and a great experience. She made the entire evening more pleasant than we could've expected.
Our table ordered the roasted beets, caesar salad, carpaccio, lasagna and blubarb dessert. Everything was wonderful. Sizes were ample. Also enjoyed some limoncello (made in house) and wine. Our server was terrific. Young and enthusiastic, and knowledgeable to boot! Enjoyed the ambiance. Terrific experience.
Made a reservation for 7 last week as it was for a family celebration. Arrived only to find out that they mistakenly gave our table to someone else. They had to make up a table next to the reception room and doorway so several of us were bumped into frequently. Disappointing to say the least Noise level was so loud we couldn't have any sort of conversation across the table. Miss the old Francesca's.
First time to eat at Mio Modo. All I have to say is Scott Harris never fails! Loved the food! The Sophia Loren was awesome! I can't wait to visit again!
Celebrated birthdays and birthdays e all had a Caesar Salad. Best wishes ever!!! Dawn was an excellent waitress, friendly, helpful and kind.
Last minute decision for my wife and I to stop in for dinner. Very pleased from appetizer to Pasta to the wine. Service was exceptional. Happy we chose this place.
My second time here and even better than the first. Had an early reservation and the place was still vibrant (and full). Food was incredible (rigatoni a la vodka was the best). Service was great. Overall another great experience here.

Been going to "Francesca's" for over 20 years. I miss the old restaurant environment. The bar is way too loud, tables are too close together now and oddly placed. It gets so loud in there, especially on Friday's that you can't have a conversation without the next table hearing it. We will no longer go there on Fridays or Saturdays because of this. Seems like during the week is much better. Their happy hour specials are nice but very small, I'd rather pay a little extra and get a bigger portion to share for the table. Nonna's meatballs are still good but much much smaller now.
It was great! Host was a little rude to us and the other family checking in, and to the door dash driver. After that though, the service was fantastic, food was excellent! Dawn was 5/5
The food was great. Had the artichoke app for happy hour—loved every bite. Dinner of salad and dish, amazing. Best part was our server Dawn—she made our evening. Very attentive, great recommendations and so fun to watch her train Brittany who was awesome also. What an amazing team. Have not been here in awhile but definitely coming back.
Always outstanding! The food was delicious. The flat bread appetizer is particularly good and unique. Mary Beth is a rock star!!
We have eaten at this restaurant several times, and last night was by far the best experience. The food was outstanding, from the mussles, and the beet appetizer(really fantastic, who would have thought!), to the special, which i hope becomes a permanent menu item, as it was superb. Service was great, all the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly.
