To be fair, I’ve been here before with my husband. The food from what I recall was good, but it’s been a while. We were not very hungry so first thing I spotted was the carne asada fries in the apps section. I didn’t really read the ingredients listed, that’s my bad.
After the biggest appetizer dish for $21 came out, I thought wow this looks good. I start digging in and didn’t see or find ANY actual carne asada. Our waitress was great and very personable. I let her know I realize now this doesn’t have any carne asada, but why was it called that. She agreed and asked on my behalf why the app is called something it does not have. Response from the staff/management was “I don’t know, we just call it that” 🤯
I may give them another chance but it would be a great idea to rename the dish to “elotes fries”. Also, the “carne asada fries” were not great. Glad the drinks were!

Second time going here. The portions are consistently a decent size. Was told the brownies are homemade by the owner and they have absolutely perfected it!

The margaritas are good. The portions are quite small and for the price any low end Mexican place is a better choice. Food taste is quite bland.

Well decorated, this upscale Mexican restaurant serves good food and cocktails. Check out the Fajitas and the shrimp appetizers. Desserts were kinda disappointing with the chef liberally anointing everything right from a tres leches cake and dipping sauce for the churros with liberal blobs of whipped cream !

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at this wonderful establishment! The service provided by Moe was truly exceptional! He was attentive and anticipated our needs with remarkable skill. We savored the three salsas and the Queso Fundido, all of which were quite delicious! My husband and I both indulged in the Mango Habanero Margarita and the Strawberry Jalapeño Margarita, and they were perfectly delightful! However, the frozen Mango Margarita we sampled lacked a bit of flavor. We also had the Steak Tempequena dinners, which were accompanied by rice, grilled onions, jalapeños, and a Guajillo Enchilada, and they were incredibly flavorful! The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was exceptionally friendly!

food is not as good as it used to be, queso is literally rock hard when it came out. waiter didn’t refill our water and was grumpy. also signed wrong copy of receipt because we were in a rush and they added $20 gratuity don’t recommend..
Came here for two different visits across the years. Once was before my recent 2025 visit where I got the chicken fajitas and peppers on the side. That visit was not that good in terms of food.
Went again in 2025 for a birthday but got a different food item. Maybe the fajitas were not my taste. So got the tacos carne asada. The tacos were awesome! And the service was even better. I do recommend try some salsa on the side they got about 6 different flavors. We got the habanero and it fit well with the tacos too.
I recommend try this place out! And try something you wouldn't normally get cause its modern taste of Mexican versus what you may know before hand 😊

Waiter was great, not interrupting or coming across as non genuine like a lot of wait staff do. My husband loved his Barbacoa tacos, we got the Arbol salsa which was super flavorful and just the right amount of heat. I wish I ordered their elotes! Definitely would return if we wanted some Mexican cuisine in the area. I got the steak burrito and it was just as I was expecting. Only reason for 4 stars was the queso we got came with 3 corn tortillas and the cheese ( I’m assures fried) was so tough we could barely cut it with out forks lol

Food not exceptional. Appetiser and main course came at the same time. Price is high for what?

We loved the previous restaurant so we went there without knowing it was a different owner/name, we figured it just a name change since they had almost the same menu as before, service is excellent, but food is not as good as before, something is missing, even the salsa was lacking flavor, we ate and left a little disappointed and quickly went to finish our date to the original restaurant which is right up the street. Sadly won’t be back again.
Edit: after a couple years, we decided to try this again. We arrived to a mostly empty place, which was weird to see during the weekend, there was a crew of actors filming videos for social media I’m assuming. We looked at the menu and decided to skip food since nothing caught our attention and order drinks only, well, cocktails are served from a premade batch, not mixed as you order like other nice restaurants in the area, and mostly very sugary unbalanced. The tequila selection was pretty weak, not many well made tequilas like they used to have when it was Puebla, mostly commercialized celebrity brands, definitely not the place for tequila aficionados. We left after we saw the staff vaping at the bar.
Food was excellent, and prices were on point with others. Had the birria tacos that were amazingly delicious! And if you go on Tuesday defently worth it .
