Ordering online makes things easier. Was ready to go and just getting put on the shelf by the time I got there. Food was good, app has some deals.

I've had issues every single time im here,(ive loves in this town 26 years) i work near by and i order the same thing EACH TIME
2 cheesy roll ups, spicy potatoe taco with fiesta strips, and a cheesy gordita crunch , with refried beans and NO meat
and
EVERY TIME ITS WRONG.
i call once i notice somthing is MIA or wrong and they can never credit me on the spot
i have to 'redeem' my money/food in the store NEVER in the drive thru and usually have to argue with staff over this 3-6$ mess up but every dollar counts
and im disappointed the staff isn't mindful of their work, or disciplined for their forgetfulness ,very upseting especially when you spend money on food you wont eat!.. long story short go to another location THIS ONE IS TERRIBLE!! And after tonight's encounter with somone who has terrible English i will NOT BE BACK.

I went through the drive through at 11:30pm. This location closes at 3am. You had NO caramel apple empanadas or you were too lazy to get more out of the freezer and fry them up? Ridiculous…
Staff was very attentive. I had ordered online and it got stuck on the submission screen... I had only been there a minute or two and someone checked in with me and tried to look up my order. Had they not been proactive I would have been waiting around for who knows how long.

You know when you go to a Taco Bell you're not going there because you are making great decisions in your life, so you go into it with really low expectations about what you're about to experience. Even having said that, my time at the local Taco Bell was simply bad in every possible way. Besides the two people working, and the two older people who came in afterwards, I was the only person there eating, and after I was done, it was pretty evident why that was the case. The place was filthy; there was garbage and residue all over the floor, the tables, the counter, the seats, and everything; there was nobody to take orders; the robot to take orders is extremely inefficient, frustrating, and alienating to use (the two boomers who came in after me spent the entire time I was waiting for my food and eating trying to figure out how to get their takeout. Not user friendly especially for the elderly); unbelievably slow service to prepare the food (I waited 10 minutes for three soft shell tacos, and I was the only person there. Tacos! It's in the name, people!); no ice in the ice machine; and the new remodel is cold, visually unappealing and uninviting, with bare walls and unused space. The food itself was honestly the best part, but it was still Taco Bell, so in terms of quality and flavor it was very edible. To top it all off, it was really pricey, especially for what you get for your money. I am never going to set foot in this place again.

the only thing this location has that i do not care for, are the touch screen ordering only. i like to have plain water with my meal, but that's not offered on the digital menu board. also, sanitizer needs to be readily available due these touch screens. other than that, the food was delicious as always.

I went placed a mobile order, the app took the money, they don't have the order, I ask them if they could just make the food and I get the run around of "you have to call corporate and they'll just give you the money back" I wanted food not my money back I wasn't double charged, you didn't receive my order and then put that problem onto me. Not returning anytime soon.

I wish I could give this place a negative star for service. They have a woman working the drive through window that is the rudest, most condescending woman I’ve ever met in my life. The first time I encountered her I thought maybe it was just a bad day, but it has been a consistent onslaught of absolutely unacceptable attitude from this woman. Since she’s begun the quality of food has absolutely tanked. I’ve been going to this location for over ten years and I have always thought they were the best in the area. Now it’s just trash.

absolutely terrible! rude rude workers that double charged us and refused to give us our money back. Never go here. Wouldn’t even take our orders or acknowledge anyone in line either and not only that but refused to give us our other Large drink or give us back money for it, let alone acknowledge us. Also said my friend didn’t actually order his stuff when it literally showed charged on his account so it double charged HIM too. very frustrating.

Some shops have very friendly people working there and that means alot to me. BUT there are shops where the people just don't smile. I try to stay away from those shops.
