I was very impressed by the excellent service I received from Deborah and the staff at the Steger Little Caesars.
We received the wrong pizzas last week but didn't have time (or, frankly, patience with small children at home) to return them and wait for more. After I filled out the survey explaining the problem, Deborah called me and offered to replace our pizzas at my convenience. We picked up our replacement pizzas with no problems. Too long of a wait. Sorry even when ordered online for pick up. The pizza most of time looks great .
Placed Order online. When I got notification order was ready went in to pick it up. My order was not ready told to wait 5 minutes more. Those 5 minutes turned into 20 minutes more. It's. Horrible to see lots of waiting time even if you order online not Happy with service at all.

Little Caesars Pizza offers quick service with a friendly staff, though at times it can be slow. Customers enjoy the food, especially the Italian cheese bread and the pepperoni cheesy puffs, which are both satisfying and affordable. The location may have a smoke smell, and the limited staff can make it difficult for employees to manage the workload, resulting in a hot environment inside. Recent changes require that Crazy Bread be ordered online, which may surprise some customers. While some customers have experienced issues with missing orders and contacting the store, others have noted exceptional service, especially during busy times. Overall, the pizza is super delicious, and the hard work of staff like Jay is appreciated, making for a generally positive experience despite some challenges.
