“I’ve been going to Subway for years and have honestly never had an issue with the workers there. They’ve always been super nice to me and almost always get my order exactly the way I want it. This is by far my favorite Subway to go to, and I’m a regular customer.
Lately though, I’ve noticed there’s a new employee named Natasha, and unfortunately she’s been really rude during my visits. She always seems to have an attitude and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. I completely understand that everyone can have a bad day sometimes, but it feels like almost every interaction with her comes with some kind of tone or attitude.
I still think the rest of the staff does a great job, but I hope this issue gets addressed with this particular employee because it definitely changes the experience for customers.“
“Yesterday while driving through the great town of Sterling we encountered a Subway off in the distance. Upon arriving to quench our hunger for a great deli sandwich we were bamboozled by the local Folklore of the Sterling Subway Sandwich Stealers. We’ve heard these stories as a child but not once did we think we would encounter something like this. We had waited an agonizing 8 minutes for the gentleman to arrive at the golden gate window to tell us both of our sandwiches had been stolen by the legends themselves. Don’t get me wrong we were a bit star struck of who did the crime but had to wait another agonizing 8 minutes for new sandwiches… secured 2 free cookies so this establishment gets a 5 star.“
