Yesterday I went to eat at this place and I was really surprised. To begin with, the place did not have hot water to wash your hands, there was no heating, the place was very cold, the super salty food on the menu specified that they served hand-made tortillas, which was not true, they gave me a package of heated tortillas. in the microwave, bad service from the person who runs the place, by the way, very rude, I do not recommend this place at all. If you can avoid it better. It was my first and last time I went to this place. What a bad experience. They should close the place out of respect for the customers.

Just had six absolutely fantastic steak tacos. Since we live a few blocks from there we always get takeout. Orders always come with free fries, a big grilled jalapeno and onions. The tortillas had a crispy fry to them this time which was awesome.
Always friendly service...and their burritos are huge and tasty. We don't eat out much but I actually have them in my phone contacts so I don't have to look it up whenever I want great Mexican food.

I would like to give it a chance and try something different from the tacos I ate, I didn't like the roast beef, it was tough, I didn't like it at all, I liked that my takeout order came with fries and a roasted chili, that would never happen I had seen it nowhere else and I liked that size but the roast beef was not at all

Had a delicious lunch today at El Papi Pollo!! I ordered Pozole Verde which I had been craving and was not disappointed. My daughter had the chilaquiles which were served with beans, rice and eggs over easy. Another thumbs up. My brother ordered the pambazo. Delicious!! Very generous portions and plenty of leftovers. Our host offered us a cup of freshly brewed cafe de la olla which was prepared in the traditional way with piloncillo and cinnamon. Sooooo tasty!!! Thumbs up all around. Looking forward to our next visit.

I recently visited your establishment and purchased a chicken. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. In my opinion, the chicken did not taste as though it had been freshly cooked. It seemed as if the chicken had been pre-cooked and then reheated, possibly as a time-saving measure. As a customer, I am willing to wait for my food to be prepared fresh, as I do not want to receive a meal that has been cooked twice.
Additionally, I noticed that an extra charge of over 3% was added to my bill because I paid with a credit card. It is disheartening to see this practice, which I have encountered frequently at various Latino-owned businesses. As a business owner myself, I believe that if I choose to offer my customers the convenience of paying by card, it is my responsibility to absorb the associated bank fees. Alternatively, if this cost is too burdensome, businesses should consider accepting only cash payments rather than passing these fees onto customers. Charging customers extra in this way feels like an abuse of trust, and in my view, it amounts to a form of exploitation.
I hope you will consider these concerns seriously, as they directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I ordered 3 asada tacos and I arrived to pick them up in 12 minutes because when I arrived there was only one person serving me. He asked me if I was going for the 3 tacos. I told him yes. Well, he gave me the order. I got home and the meat was like charcoal in the tortillas. They broke when I grabbed the taco and I called him to tell him and he even got upset the man told me that I told him 20 minutes well he didn't tell me that twenty minutes but imagine he arrived in 20 minutes and he gave me pure carbon in the tortilla I don't know I recommend them, very bad experience
My half chicken order was awful… like they just reheated chicken from the day before. It looked dark and was dry. I don’t think I will order from this place again.

Ordered 1/2 chicken dinner. It was terrible. Chicken was not fresh. Dry and tasteless. By far the worst Mexican chicken. Pieces were very small and appeared to have been reheated too many times. Wouldn't serve this to an animal. Never again. Will always make the trip for pollo chicken on pulaski
