I ordered 9 total orders in one sitting for curbside pick up today because rewards only allows you to order one thing at a time and they not only brought it out to me all at once, saving bags and time, but managed to get everything correct! And we modified a lot of it. For ordering multiple modified orders of one item at a time they managed to keep track of every item and get it all correct and I’m amazed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I apologized for the inconvenience and explained the situation and they smiled and said it made sense of why we had so many orders and didn’t have any issues whatsoever. McDonald’s, I hope you’re paying these employees what they’re worth!

Almost 20 minutes for a curbside order. The spot next to us came after us and left way before us. I had to go in. What is up with McD's in general?!?!?! Gone are the days of Speedy service!

Ordered online with curbside. Got to the spot, followed directions and waited 15 minutes. Had to go in and was completely blown off while I saw my order getting cold on the counter. After the manager brought food out to the curbside spot next to me, I stopped them and asked for my order. They claimed to have not seen my car in the spot they just walked past.Cold food. Poor service. Don’t stop here!

Soda machine is dirty sprayed with pop everywhere ... manager walking around on her cell phone ... personal matter because I could hear the conversation . Waiting for someone to come take my order... get it and find hair in my fries. Guess I won't be stopping here any more for a quick bite to eat.

This particular McDonald's is the worst ever . Food is not cooked (egg McMuffin) was greasy and not toasted . I received cold frys before with an old burger . It's probably because you have to wait in the drive thru so long . This is only one around for 30 miles, and I still will not go back . Coming from the Chicago area where we have them all over , this is the only one I will not go to !Parking: Big enough for semi tractor trailers

It’s a McDonald’s for god’s sake still it was alrightI wish they stop sales of unhealthy foods reinvent themselves as a fast food restaurant of the future.Quality over greed .And for real when you have the type of money you do… Why are you not taking the lead and change the face of fast food America???It just doesn’t compute at all.Maybe you need new leadership some young people to teach you better ways

Our cashier didn't chat with us at all but we don't mind. We got our Order pretty quickly. I recommend getting the deluxe chicken sandwich. It definitely gives chivkfila a run for its money.
