Slowest service I've ever experienced. Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes with only 5 cars ahead of us.
This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. We keep stopping here simply because of the convenience of it being attached to the gas station as well as being the only drive thru for miles headed east bound from Galena, but it has never been a good experience. I suppose they are always experiencing staffing issues because the staff always seems disgruntled and verbalize being unhappy during busy times and having to do more work than usual. Driving through with the kids. Staff was so kind and went over the top with kindness to the kiddos. Management should be proud
