“Limited menu done right. Portions are small but prepared with care. Always consistent. Shy away from the calamari friti. I’ve had it a few times and hoped it would get better . Barely any shrimp the “ piece. Contained are small and few as is the actual squid. Loaded with veggies instead. Not a value or good choice! The twin medallions of beef are delicious but not substantial. The white fish is the best dish on the mine!“

“What an outstanding Restaurant! I had my daughter's bridal shower at Mio Modo and Michael, the Manager, took care of every detail that I was looking for. The food was excellent, from the appetizer-Calamari to the main meal-Pollo al Limone and Vodka Pasta, to the dessert Tiramisu!! So delicious!! The staff was very attentive and professional. We will definitely be visiting Mio Modo again. Thank you for a delightful experience!“

When I ate I Sonny’s, I told the owner that the chopped salad and pasta that I had at Sonny’s was better than Francesca’s 100%. “My granddaughter brought me to Gia Mia for my birthday. Food was excellent and the service was beyond excellent…very attentive to detail and everyone was very pleasant. “Rosario’s is one of those local spots that just never disappoints. We started with the arancini, which were so good; crispy, flavorful, and honestly, I just wish there had been more of them.

For drinks, I had a glass of wine while my partner ordered the smoked Manhattan, which was such a fun experience with the smoker presentation. It tasted very similar to an Old Fashioned, but still really enjoyable.

For dinner, I ordered the mostaccioli with arrabbiata sauce (and I love that they actually call it mostaccioli instead of penne). The sauce had a great kick to it and was packed with flavor; definitely a standout. My partner got the chicken piccata, which was also really well done.

We also couldn’t leave without ordering a small Chicago stuffed sausage pizza. We’ve been here before just for this, and it’s consistently incredible. As people who have literally done a Chicago pizza tour twice, we both agree this pizza holds its own against some of the most well-known spots. The cheese is rich, the sauce has a nice spice, and everything just works.

On top of all that, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. We absolutely love having a place like this in the neighborhood.“

“My husband and I owned a mobile Hot Dog Stand I ran it in Northwest Indiana. I sold Bari Beef Sandwiches. I was famous for my Beef sandwiches . I have and will always swear by Bari Beef!!!! We have moved all over the country the last 9 years and just moved to Bartlett Illinois. I just found out I live only 9.8 miles from Bari factory store …… I think I have died and gone to Heaven!!! On a side note. I had a deal for all new customers who questioned whether I had the best beef sandwiches. “Lou Malnati’s was the venue for my mother’s 90th birthday party. We had 20 people. The manager was very informative, made planning very simple. The hosts were so kind and polite. The waitress was exceptional. The food was the typical excellent pizzas and salads. It was a great time by all.“
