Truthfully complaining to the higher-up won’t change anything, Every time u stop-by no doubt you order will be messed up somehow, I get hot sandwiches and of course my meat was COLD. steak and cheese and teriyaki chicken COLD, didn’t even touch the oven they have. Aside from the BEST subway we ever had... We accidentally came in right before closing. Well my husband did. And he realized the time once he went inside and Xavier went above and beyond in making my husband feel ok about it. I even called after closing to ask his name... And Xavier answered after closing. Food service work is stressful and makes people bitter. But not Xavier! Thank you!
