That said I had an excessively long wait the day before thanksgiving I am not upset at the 3 people on staff that night but the fools who scheduled it that way I had to use the kiosk and didn't have a receipt or would've went that route. I'm contacting cooperate because the people in upper management doing scheduling need held accountable and if you see this I encourage you to do so as well. Frankly the people in Monticello are pretty awful and the way I saw those workers treated that night is unacceptable because had their management did as they should have it wouldn't have been as bad.”
