This was my first time ordering from here. My kids all wanted lo mein with their dinner meals instead of fried rice. They told me it would be $3 more. Ok, so we ordered that. In all for 4 dinner meals plus the extra charge and a size of fried rice came out to $87 which is pretty expensive. I get home and noticed they gave me buttered spaghetti as lo mein. Called up there he explained lo mein no matter where you order is spaghetti. I told him that’s not true. And to charge me...
The staff is friendly. Our delivery person is always very kind. The food is always delicious. I used to order from there more often because their prices were very cheap and reasonable. However, their prices have gone up a lot in the past 2 years so I don't order out as often. Overall, the food and service is amazing.
Their wonton and chicken noodle soups are delicious, never salty and always fresh. The eggrolls from Chen's are excellent too; super fresh and tasty. I always have my order delivered, and it always arrives fresh, hot, and always way before the time quoted.
