Went to the Tinley park location yesterday at 6:30pm, lights on but doors locked and drive thru blocked off. Drove back past at 7:30 and it looked the same. Found a post in a Tinley group that they’re closed a lot because people don’t show up to work. Maybe pay better and let your local workers who do show up update the hours when they have to close. Came through about 11:00 p.m. because it said 24-hour drive-thru and found the managers outside so went to ask them about them being closed and said they were closed at 10 and was extremely rude, then just said thank you and walked inside leaving us with unanswered questions. Extremely rude going to sink the Jack in the box before they really actually get to take off all the way. Terrible service does not make me want to come and buy anything now.
