On 10/25/23, I ordered three sandwiches from the location in Tinley Park, IL. The cashier touched my sandwich without changing gloves to wrap it up. When I asked him if another sandwich could be made because of the cross contamination, he started to gaslight me saying he doesn’t see the problem. Then, he kept saying he could cancel my whole order and become very condescending. I was very upset by his passive aggressive behavior and rude customer service that I just left. The best staff and food. Thank you for kicking off my weekend. Loved the joy I felt being a customer. Loved all the jams today too.
Lousy customer service led by an awful manager. Stay away.
