The girls working in this Starbucks 9/19 obviously hate their job. No smile. No personality. You can barely hear them when they speak - one doesn't even look at you when you're ordering. Where is the customer service? Like, I understand you're busy, but seriously.
Juju is excellent and very personable and intelligent. She has definitely gotten 5 stars in hospitality. She did a great job getting me re-interested in Starbucks as I have been turned off by most experiences. Great person to represent your team and brand at this location; from my experience.
