Knowing that we would stop at Toulon, I called this restaurant in advance and happened to talk to the owner Connie. She was very friendly and explained to me the new hours of the restaurant, and told me about their Wednesday special (it was Taco Salad). The owner is very friendly, nice, and works with you on what you want to change on your order. The server is also very nice and friendly. The regulars that go there most are nice and welcoming.

My boyfriend and I were both working in the same area so decided to grab lunch! Connie’s was the closest so we decided to go there. The food was so good! Prices are great. Our waitress wasn’t very friendly but we all have our days so won’t complain too much about that. The lady that cashed us out was very friendly though! Will definitely be back.
