“I HAD TO EDIT MY REVIEW. Here is the original: Covid 19 or not, customer service is still required. Everytime i call the hours change and there is no bone-in chicken. The last time I called 12-11-2020 person answered phone, i asked to order, he mumbled hold or no. I waited and the phone eventually hung up. I called back twice and it rang until automated answer pickes up. I guess we will never know if they have good krispy krunchy chicken.FINALLY WAS ABLE TO ORDER AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING. DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT! GREAT CHICKEN WITH GREAT FLAVOR. WAFFLE FRIES MAC N CHEESE AND JAMBALAYA ARE BOMB ALSO. AND THOSE BISCUIT ARE AMAZING. Seem the business is struggling in the area and only has one employee so hours are currently limited. Call ahead and order for lunch! So good and good pricing“

“We made a quick stop at this location while traveling. The staff working was very welcoming and polite. We were the only customers at the time, and they eagerly satisfied our needs.
The food was fresh and promptly assembled and served. The store was very clean, and the atmosphere was the typical Subway. The parking lot allowed us easy access with our RV and car in tow. Thanks!“

“Peoria Illinois. We arrived 5 minutes before closing. They had to special make my shrimp. I felt bad that they had to do that, but they were apologizing that I had to wait! We told them we had traveled 10 hours and they went out of their way to make sure our order was exactly what we wanted. They were working over to make our meal! “I am 62 had never been inside a Culver's. Visited on November, 7th 2024. The menu option was wonderful, the service fast. Employees were very professional. The facility was spotless, even though there was a lunch crowd. The food was freshly made and to my surprise, hot. It wasn't lukewarm nor just microwaved. I don't usually do fast food, but will visit Culver's before the other fast food options. Pleasantly surprised!!“

“Literally just left there & When I Tell Y’all Hailey In The Drive Through Did So Well That I’m Typing This And Haven’t Even Made It Home Yet ! I was a bit difficult I know because I do not eat here at all so I had so many questions and was changing my order etc ( not purposely being annoying ) but I just wasn’t sure , even tho they were busy not once did she get frustrated with me she was so nice and sweet about it and answered all my questions , even getting to the window she greeted me with the most beautiful smile and welcoming vibe I felt so valued as a customer because of her and my food is hot fresh and amazing for ! “They have the BEST food and always have generous portions. Our daughter LOVES the hamburgers and my son always gets a hot dog. The gyros are PERFECT and if you want to get one of the best things on the menu then you want to get a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. I tried a bite of my husband's last night and about melted in my chair. The best Philly I have ever had! The staff are extremely friendly too! We have never had a bad experience. Super Gyros is really a hidden gem in the East Peoria area! It's become one of our favorite places. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and you always leave FULL! 😁“

“Food was hot and delicious. Ordered ahead on the App and waited about 5 minutes once I arrived, which was a totally understandable time as I arrived only 3 minutes after placing the App order. The young lady that brought me my food was super nice and very appreciative of the tip I gave her.“

“They got my order wrong on gas for three soft Taco Supremes and a burrito supreme I got to the window and they said well you didn't ask for tacos supreme so it's going to cost you an extra $2.30 so this time at Taco Bell they sucked“

“We went at about 7PM on a Monday (CAT employees get a free drink with their meal on Mondays if they show their ID). The service was very personable and professional and the sandwiches were very good. I’m not typically a fan of hot subs but I loved these! I think it was a little overpriced but the free drink balanced it out.“

“I work long hours and often work late at night. This Subway is on my way home and one of the few chances to get a decent dinner after 9 o’clock. On 9/20/24, I pulled up to this Subway at approximately 9:45. I understand it’s close to closing, I typically tip 100% because of it. I didn’t get the chance to tonight. With the open sign still on, the girl with pink hair decided she was done for the night apparently. She locked the door in front of myself and another potential customer. I will never give this Subway my business if I see her working. I usually get great service from a young man with a beard and glasses.
