“Happened upon this friendly great restaurant in Troy, IL while traveling home from OK to OH. Oh my! What a gem. This was some of the best Italian food we have eaten. Brian got a half a pizza that was full of toppings and much too big to eat. I got the the spaghetti and meatballs. The red sauce was like the Italian mother's made and the meatball was the owner's grandmother's recipe. Holy Meatballs! It was delicious. We will definitely be back on pur way through when we travel. We talked to the owner for quite a while. So friendly, kind and appreciative of our patronage.”

“My favorite Chinese takeout in the area. Had not been there in a while, so I had to go with my tried and true shrimp fried rice. Tasted even better than I remember! Portion very solid for a pint size as well. Inside was a bit more run down/unorganized, but nothing too surprising to be honest. Just got takeout anyway so didn't mind this time around.”

“I love locally owned places like this. They said they were known for their wings so that's what I ordered. I got the naked buffalo wings and they were tasty and CRISPY! I really liked the buffalo sauce they used, too. We also got the loaded fries and those were delicious. I love that they offer outdoor seating. Everyone who works here is really friendly, too. I would love to come here again!

Parking: They had a good size parking lot for a downtown area.

Kid-friendliness: They had giant jenga and connect four in the outdoor area.

Wheelchair accessibility: They had a wheelchair ramp for one of the doors.”

“Recent travels brought me through this area. I wasn't sure about this restaurant until I walked in to order and spoke to a terrific young man named Dylan. he was helpful, efficient, friendly.
I haven't eaten at a taco bell for several years, however this employee, staff in general were excellent in every way.

“Man, I love myself some Jimmy John's, hands down my favorite sub shop. I ordered a #12 Giant and a B.L.T. Unwich w extra bacon, no shredded lettuce, $28.The young man that rang up our order seemed a little high or seriously preoccupied by the headset that was clearly too big for his head. We got the #12 sandwich and my B.L.T w extra bacon, but no chips or drink. I asked about it, and he just didn't hear me. He gave me a bag of chips and a water which was kind.Anyway, the shop was colder than Christmas, so we ate outside, which was nice.

Vegetarian options: You can build your own delicious and fresh lettuce wrap of many veggies and spreads. Knock it out.

Dietary restrictions: Numerous healthy options. It's about your ability to say no to the unhealthy.”
