“My family eats at Monicals very often. Tonight was the first time I had a problem. I waited well over an hour for my pizza. When I called just to check the status I was told he had just left and then the little girl hung up on me. Maybe better phone etiquette? Didn’t appreciate the late pizza (things happen I know) and then the rude child on the other end of the line.“

“Not a 5 star on atmospheres because I always loved the old school pizza hut vibe. Food was great, they closed my local one so I drove out of the way after work to pick it up. Done when I arrived, paid online, signed a slip, and walked out with everything correct. Bring back pizza hut to Mattoon!!!!“

“Generally a great place to eat. last night, eight family members. we had one twelve inch and six individual pizzas. Very little sauce on any of them. My wife wrote on the receipt for the management. Young man at register through it away.“
