Had to place 3 separate orders to get what my original order was supposed to be. Very poor service. Makes posting in quicken a real pain in the rear due to their lack of customer service 😢😢😢fact that I have a broken brace and had to make multiple trips to their counter to get my order did not sit well with me either.
