Went through the drive-through and was putting my card back in my wallet as they handed my food to me. The worker didn't even look to see if I grabbed the bag, dropped it on the ground between my door and the drive-through window, said sorry and walked away into the back. I then had to struggle to open my door and grab my food off the ground. I was very taken aback! Crazy stuff! Not worth the money to eat food that they're gonna drop on the ground in front of your face.
The food was luke warm
Fast service, very clean and Employees were friendly

Wendy's is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a wide range of high-quality menu items. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, with care put into the preparation. Customers appreciate the unique featured items, such as the 100% beef burgers and the baked potato option. The salads are also praised for their healthy and unique blend of vegetables, with the summer strawberry salad being a current highlight. The restaurant is known for its very clean environment, making it one of the most clean fast-food places in the area. The staff are friendly, attentive, and create a positive vibe, making customers feel welcome. Service is generally fast and pleasant, even during busy times, with some reviews mentioning special touches like extra stickers or friendly care from employees. The burger, especially the baconator, looks amazing and is cooked just right, with fresh, hot fries. The drink selection is impressive, and the interior is functional with just the right volume of music. However, parking options are very limited and tight, which can make parking and drive-thru access difficult. Overall, Wendy's is recognized for its commitment to quality, friendly service, and providing a satisfying dining experience.
