I ordered 2 spicy Asiago ranch clubs with no lettuce no tomato (it showed on the screen no lettuce no tomato),yet I still got Lettuce on both sandwiches, I got 2 pieces of bacon that amounted to one 3 inch piece of bacon if you put them together, I didn't receive a receipt (surprise surprise) so I can't leave feedback, nobody answered the phone so I couldn't tell them that they messed my food up so we could talk about how to correct the problem. I appreciate this Wendy's because they make every other Wendy's seem soooooo much better....sucks I live around the corner from the worst Wendy's, customer service and actual food quality was trash4/8/2024 at 12am, whoever the manager is definitely needs to get rid of those workers

Order a pretty simple order and they still can't get it right.. let alone that the "height" of breakfast time.. my potatoes wedges are cold, the sausage patty is rock hard and they could even melt the cheese.

First time I come here I find a hair in my frosty. This time, the lady that took our order was obviously on a substance. A lot of the employees were coughing without covering mouths & not one person had gloves on. Lots of cussing coming from the people up front & in the back. Not one person working looked clean, there is definitely a hygiene issue. Our food was slopped together, and actually caused us to get sick later that night evening. Very dirty Wendy’s!! The GM should be ashamed.

First time we came here, the food was unbelievably salty. It was quite difficult to eat. The second time, my buddy was craving some Frosty. We waited over 15 minutes (in the drive through line). The staff did seem amicable and I understood it may not have necessarily been their fault, but I am definitely never coming here again.

First time tonight drove up to the drive thru the lady that took my order she was nice but the man at the drive thru window was terrible customer service . NEVER AGAIN !!! When I asked him for sweet and sour sauce he smacked his forehead eyes rolling he was very frustrated I was very kind the whole time shaking my head . The manager should really retrain him . 1/10 at 10:45 pm
Terrible customer service inside. It was like watching how not to treat customers. Ignored me for several minutes. Then stopped taking my order to talk to coworkers several times.
