I am not from around here, but I truly wish I was. Not only was this singlehandedly the greatest sandwich I've ever had, the people here are absolutely amazing and nice. I had The Guido- hot, and let me tell you the hot is done right. This thing brings some serious heat. I was not disappointed. This sandwich was so good I couldn't stop taking bite after bite. This is genuinely the best restaurant in CU area. We got the Porketta loaded fries which is pictured. We also got the chicken parm and the hot Sicilian sandwich which didn’t make the picture before we ate it… you could throw a dart on the menu and be impressed every time. While the food was amazing, the service was top tier as well. The chef came out and delivered our food and had such an amazing energy! If you are considering going here, PLEASE DO!!
Phenomenal food. Fresh, authentic Italian style, fresh deli meats are very quality. Pecorino fried are perfect- not too heavy or rich, the perfect flavor profile. Owners are very kind and care about their customers. Great portion size
