I always order the water-based ices (non-dairy), with a preference for prickly pear, lime, or spicy cucumber. Usually I'll order two of these flavors sprinkled with some Tajin.
Sweet, sour, spicy, salty, and perfectly thirst-quenching on a hot summer day. A taste that brings back great memories of my old desert home.

The owner was super friendly and tried to recommend and explain the dishes to me. I had the chamoyada for the first time. It definitely is a unique Mexican taste; it was a good balance between the mango, sorbet, and the sauces.

Yum! The man behind the counter was super sweet, and friendly! He gave me an extra scoop of gansito which was very delicious. Along with my Oreo which was also great. My brother enjoyed his water based ice cream in a vanilla cone :)

El helado hambre was Muy simpatico. He was very talkative and friendly and served good ice cream. He gave my sister an extra scoop. The water ice cream was very very good. I would highly recommend el gansito Muy bien. Very family friendly restaurant and plenty of options for the fam.

I really wanted to love this Mexican ice cream shop, but unfortunately, the texture of the ice cream left something to be desired. While they offer an extensive variety of flavors and the staff is friendly, the ice cream itself lacks creaminess and often contains pieces of ice, resulting in a crunch that's not quite pleasant.
You may not feel special initially. Taste a few flavors to know the true difference. Must visit place for ice cream lovers!

Amazing service. You can tell everything has a lot of love put into it. We tried a few items and everything was delicious. Pictured is a large Fruta en Vaso although it is still winter all the fruit was ripe and juicy. Will definitely be back!
The man is always really nice and friendly. I walked in with gummy candies so he asked if I liked them and added them to my mangonada. I highly recommend this place, perfect for a self care day when you need a treat.
