Cute cafe, furniture could use a reupholstering. I ordered a caffe latte and received a matcha latte, but I know it's hard to hear. I wish the cashier had confirmed the order if it was unclear. There was no line and my order came out very quickly. Milk alternatives are 80 cents.I visited a second time and service was definitely better. They put in my order correctly but their portion sizes are terrible. I got a regular latte with oat milk and more than half was the milk foam. For $6 I expected my drink not to be entirely milk foam. Very disappointed. I've added a picture, I did not take a single sip and this was the actual content of my drink, less than half the cup.

Ok coffee if a bit pricey, staggeringly overpriced avocado toast for what you get (either halve the price or double the toast, 1 small piece for 6.95 is embarrassing)

food pricey, lots and lots of dust, the help wasn't having a good day or maybe they're always kind of not happy, my friends sandwich the bread was kind of hard, which is very sad because I spent years hanging out in this place, but it was way back, coffee is good. The cookies are good. The bathrooms were kind of nasty and like they didn't have cups out for water napkins were pretty nil. It just could've been better............................ obviously the dust that we got to look at while we're sitting upstairs trying to kill the ambience of this place the help kill the ambience. I hope it's just a one day thing.

Marie (Sia) the morning barista is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. She always welcomes customers as they enter. Those she knows by name are greeted with "Hello (add your name). She makes my day start with a smile and hot coffee. What more can I say? I can say I come here to be energized by Marie. I can get coffee and Casey's if I just want coffee.

This Espresso Royale location would rate 5stars with me if not for the filthy condition inside. I've been here several times recently and it's always the same--crumbs all over the counters and eating surfaces, crumbs and debris all over the floor. The floors are so unclean you almost stick to them as you walk. This is a shame because the coffee and the food are outstanding! It is also a shame that the young people that work here either are not being taught the value of keeping a restauarant clean or they simply don't care to. There is an "ABC" rule in restaurant management --Always Be Cleaning. The cleanliness of your customer-facing areas symbolize the pride you have in your establishment and how you value your customers. At this ER location, it seems that the customers are taken for granted and the apathy towards the cleanliness and aesthetics of the store is appauling.

The quality of the drink varies drastically depending on day/who makes it/whether it is a sale day or not. There is no quality control. Ex. One day chai is super strong, practically burning and the next it is so weak tastes like drinking a cup of milk. Also very expensive on normal days considering other coffee shops around and what you get. Plus one star for better price on sale day.
